EFM is basically seminary for lay people. In four years we study the whole of the Bible and church history. We meet weekly for a three hour seminar in which we discuss not only the biblical and historical material we've been reading, but also examine how our faith calls us to interact with the world in which we live. At it's best EFM is the ultimate small group where questions are asked, knowledge is gained and our spiritual lives are deepened.

At the end of the process we hope to discern where we fit into the ministry to which God has called all of us, clergy and lay.
