Music at All Saints'

all the earth! Click here for the Sunday Morning Choir Duty Rota Parish Choir The Parish Choir is the adult volunteer choir of All Saints', Beverly Hills. In addition to providing musical leadership on Sunday mornings, the Parish Choir leads the Parish's very popular Friday evening services in the style of Taizé ; sings several of the special choral services in the First Fridays series; and normally participates in one of the sacred Concerts with orchestra sponsored by the All Saints' Music Guild each year. The Choir sings a wide variety of music from the Anglican and American Episcopal choral traditions. Repertoire is chosen to provide musical challenges and rewards for newer and skilled choral singers alike, and rehearsals are paced to allow sufficient time for singers of all levels to live with choral works long enough to feel confidant singing them by the time they are offered in worship. The Parish Choir consists of thirty dedicated volunteers and four section leaders. New members are welcomed throughout the academic year. Rehearsals are held September through May on Tuesday evenings from 7:15 - 8:45 p.m. During these months, the Choir sings for the 9:00 a.m. service of Holy Communion on all but the second Sunday of the month, when members of the Parish Choir are asked to volunteer on an occasional basis to support the singing of the All Saints' Choristers.
