Godly Play

During the 9:00 a.m., 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. services.
Be part of our our children’s program Godly Play, an imaginative, creative and spirit driven curriculum developed by Episcopal priest, The Rev. Jerome Barryman. With sacred stories, parables and liturgical lessons, pre-school through third grade children will be able to create their own faith vocabulary using their own imagination, sense of wonder and beautifully handcrafted illustrative objects.

College Admissions Forum for Parents
Sunday, February 5, 10:00am

Join Drew Brody, president & Deborah St. Amant, managing director of The Scholar Group, a personalized instruction and tutoring company for a seminar about the college admission process and how to prepare for it. This informative session is geared towards parents of students in high school or entering high school and will give insights about the ins and outs of class selection, SATs, SAT prep, essays, and everything else that plays a role in the process. If you might need to know it, they’ll cover it! All are welcome.


CAST Food on Foot

One Sunday a month the Community of All Saints’ Teens serves a community or group in need through the Homeless Assistance Ministries. Teens and their families are invited to provide all of the materials needed for this endeavor including lunchmeat, bread, snacks, bags, napkins and more. Knitting Guild Brunch

The Knitting (& crochet) Guild makes prayer shawls and other items for the Pastoral Care Team. We knit and crochet at our own pace, on our own time and as much or as little as our lives permit: no deadlines, quotas or mandatory meetings. Each Monday we provide hot meals, spiritual services, clothing and hygiene kits to over 100 people. You can volunteer for as little as two hours a month. CAST - What I Wish I Had Been Taught About Christianity in My Youth

Will Billow, who for 25 years was head chaplain at St. Albans’ School at the Washington National Cathedral and who will be with us during class time on two Sundays, Feb. 19th and 26th. He is noted in particular for his popular seminar What I wish I had been taught about Christianity in my youth….being smart about the Bible and more specifically Jesus. Teens AND parents are invited to this special event.

Women’s Ministry Dinner

Mary Bruno, an active lay leader and wife of Bishop Bruno, will share her many activities in the Diocese including coordinating an initiative providing full scholarships for 60 students in the no. West Bank city of Zebabdeh, as well as her own involvement with the Holy Family Services adoption and foster care program. Fee of $12 to cover cost of dinner and must be paid upon reserving. Deadline for reservation is February 23.
